Oral Conscious SedationFor dentistry performed under oral sedation, Dr. Marko Farian will prescribe an oral sedative for you to take prior to your appointment, so you’ll be feeling relaxed by the time you sit down in the exam room. We may also provide you with laughing gas—or nitrous oxide—during your appointment as a way to enhance the calming effects of the oral sedative. As with any time you are in our office, we’ll ensure that you’re feeling comfortable the entire time, and will monitor your vital signs so we can make adjustments as necessary.
